Qualifications

 

This function displays a list of employee qualifications and provides for entry of new qualifications.

 

 

 

After Division and Employee Selection, the system displays a list of the employee's Current Qualifications.

Edit/Delete Qualification

To change an entry, click in the desired row to display the data fields and enter your changes.

 

To delete an entry, click in the desired row.

Add Qualification

Note

In order to add a Qualification, it must already exist in Vision (Qualification Master) which makes it available for selection in the Qualification drop-down.

Select the desired Qualification from the drop-down.

Status indicates whether the employee is Active or Inactive for reporting purposes only.  (This does not change the Status in the Employee Master).

Note

When set to Inactive, the system displays the Inactive Date field, blank by default.

State where the license was issued, selected form the drop-down.
